Many are the days I wished the TI-99/4A had a better screensaver than a blank screen, so...
Well, yeah, you know I made one, otherwise this page wouldn't be here.
It requires TI Extended Basic because the DVD logo is a sprite.
Now, this is my first program I felt was good enough to show anyone, so please like it. Now.
It works a little like this: Uhh... I don't know, just look at the video, please.
First off, it moves a lot smoother when you actually run it than what it looks like in the video; that's just Hypercam's low FPS.
I tried to make a way where the DVD logo changes color when it bounces, but with my level of TI Extended Basic, it's really a choice between changin' color, and the DVD logo bouncin' when it hits a wall. It gets real buggy when you ask it to do both.
Oh, yeah, I suppose I should also give you a way to use the program, too.
If you wanna use it on actual hardware, here you go. And if you want to try the thing on Classic99, then this one's comin' right at'cha.
