Cool old photography-type stuff, like I said. B)

I bought a Sony Mavica FD-73 off eBay and now I've got the power of a camera that takes floppy disks. >:D

That's... That's what makes it old... Y'know?

Early 2000's lookin' computer on a desk.

This is my setup; as visible, I went for an early 2000's look. This is the new version I made with the floppy disk holder and the AOL free trial CD as a coaster. Funny thing, the guy that gave me that PC -- it doesn't work, but who cares, it's just for show, -- offered to give it to me for 25 cents, along with a trackball mouse still in package and a few monitors. I love deals.

Mid '80s Aiwa walkman and Early '80s Panasonic boombox on a table with some cassettes.

Get a look at these, the boombox here is a Panasonic RX-5150, a REAL boombox! To the right side of the boombox is an Aiwa HS-P06. It's also pretty real. I love flea markets, they're real real. Also, some cool cassettes, because any cool guy like me would have them.

A blue screen with the text readin' AUTO SETUP on it, beamin' right into your eyes with a CRT.

Pretend it's a Friday night in 1996 and you just rented your favorite movie from Blockbuster, and the pizza will be here in 30 minutes or less, or else... Uhh... Actually, I think they stopped doin' that. Wonder why.

A Texas Instruments Home Computer and '80s Magnavox TV, with books, joysticks, and cartridges on one side, and on the other, a cassette recorder with TDK D-60 cassettes.

The TI-99/4A: The ideal late 1982 computin' experience. If you don't have a Commodore or Atari, that is. This whole setup costed... Uhh, pfft, I dunno, like, 600 dollars or somethin' big like that. I coulda gotten a VIC-20 with that money.

A dark blue sky with purple-tinted clouds and a landscape's silhouette.

This is on my top 5 pictures I've ever taken. I took it at dawn and it looks really, really cool. I think the purple-ish clouds are what makes it look so cool.

A blue sky with oddly uniform clouds and a lens flare.

This one reminds me of '90s computer desktops. There was another photo like this, but I picked this one since it has a lens flare, which normally wouldn't be wanted, but I think it makes it look better.

Half a tree in the corner, and some mildly cloudy skies for the rest.

This one looks tropical, which is strange since I took it durin' peak fall times in Orange Brown County, Indiana. This picture looks oddly familiar to another picture I've seen, but I can't put my finger on it.

Rollin' tree-covered hills, with rays of sunshine comin' through the hills by the west.

I took this on that same trip when it was sunset. This one looks much more fall-y, and also BEAUTIFUL because of the rays of sunshine hittin' some of the trees.

An autumn tree growin' from a small, small, hill; if you could even call it that. The hill is slightly carved into in order to make room for a parkin' lot. Shee!

This one reminds me of the autumn Windows XP background. There's lots of history to that background, you know.

A yellow and pink sunrise behind some trees and clouds.

I took a picture of the sunrise. Man.

A blue and lavender sunset's gradient behind some trees and clouds.

Took a picture of the sunset on a different day. This one feels like I've seen it before. Weird, but cool. Interestin' how the sunrise and sunset look so different.

The Capitol Building's dome stickin' out of some trees.

The Capitol. This is where the big decisions are made, and mostly the stupid ones. :(

City skylines. No, not the game.

Indy is only known for it's speedway, but despite livin' in Indiana all my life, I've never seen the speedway.

A picture of the Portland Head Light. You can hear it's description elsewhere on the Interwebs.

When I first came to this lighthouse, I wondered why everyone was speakin' different languages. Turns out, it's world famous, to the point of havin' it's own Wikipedia article.

A branch castin' an orange silhouette.

This would be good on a picture screensaver. Took it at Brown County. Pretty!

Tiny path in the forest. I mean REAL tiny. Bicycle trail kinda tiny. At a steep incline too. Sheesh!

Picture of a path I took at the Totem Rock trail in Patoka Lake. You know, I was shipwrecked on Patoka Lake. Really! The beaten up pontoon boat that they gave after the stacks of paperwork were signed gave out by the edge of the lake, and before I could drop the anchor (which was a cinder block), the ship started to drift into the shoreline. The reason I didn't know the engine gave out until it was too late was because I was playin' cards. I had to jump in the lake in order to prevent the thing from gettin' all scratched up. It wasn't a friendly dive either, the plants on the edge of the shoreline were thorned. It hurt a lot. Well, -- suddenly -- the engine was runnin' again, so I sailed the old pontoon to another edge of the lake. It gave out again. This time, I was smart enough to drop the anchor. The rescue service was called, and after the rescue fella learned that the engine gave out for keeps, he said, "that's weird. This is a new boat." At that moment, I thought to myself, "Boy, I'd hate to see the old one." Oh wait, were we talkin' about a path in the woods?

A 1750s fort on a hill.

This is Fort Ligonier, and It almost makes me want to fight the French more than I already do! It was built by the British as a strategic point durin' the French and Indian War from which to forge ahead on the Forbes Expedition. That is, take Fort Duquesne from the French. Fort Ligonier's my kinda fort!

A pretty indoor garden. Kinda like a greenhouse.

This is the National Garden. It is the Garden. Of the Nation. Woo!

A small window with a small bridge over a small creek by a small tree.

This was taken at Hopewell Furnace in Pennsylvania. I now wonder; what exactly was in that bowl on the ledge?

A white house behind a white fence. Standard stuff.

This was taken on the hill which overlooks the side of the house opposite that the previous picture was taken from!

A small window with a small bridge over a small creek by a small tree.

The last picture I got to take on a big trip that I was on. It was the last picture that could fit on my floppy disk, and the last few seconds of battery. I took it at sunset, by the last place I would then camp.

Well, that's all the pictures for now. I might have more later, so check back every month or two... Or three... Or... Well... Okay, just come back in a year or so.
